Hey, David! That’s very interesting and I honestly have no idea why caffeine doesn’t perk you up. I can just assume that you either metabolize caffeine much faster than other people or that for whatever reason your adenosine receptors are more selective and just don’t accept caffeine. Or maybe you consume something else that neutralizes caffeine’s effects somehow?
If you ever find out, I’d be super interested in knowing what’s going on.
