I know many digital artists use a wacom tablet to create their art and that some of these tablets aren’t too expensive, but I’ve never tried them myself. Another option might be a cheap android tablet, but I haven’t tried that either.

I’m personally using an iPad Pro and an Apple pencil. It works phenomenally well, but it’s most certainly not a cheap option. Sorry I can’t give you any better advice…
