I usually go to https://medium.com/me/notifications

Then I open a particular comment from there which opens the URL for that comment (yours, for example, is https://phrenssynnes.medium.com/how-do-you-do-that-990eee11a4bf)

And at that URL there is a button to save the comment to a list (it looks like a little flag with a plus sign).

Click that button and save the comment to your list of nice comments :)
