JK I can't afford to hire anyone.

And I agree. Medium beats Twitter hands down. But I'm coming to appreciate Twitter more and more now that I have started using it regularly to interact with people.

PS: Twitter lists help a lot with the "anything and everything all the time". And of course unfollowing those who put you in a bad mood.
