I've had the occasional full-body jerk as well. Although it's rare for me. Mostly it's just my leg.

It seems to me that they mostly occur when I'm going to bed exhausted. Maybe that has something to do with it? Spending the whole day programming exhausts you and thus you are more likely to experience the twitches?
