The tools will most likely get a lot better with time. But I think we still want to consume art produced by actual humans regardless of how good the AI tools get :)

I mean, just think of Hollywood Studios versus the average TikTok creator. Hollywood can produce content that is orders of magnitude better polished than anything a teenager with a smartphone can do.

And yet, lots of folks spend a lot more time watching clumsy teens on TikTok than anything coming out of a well-polished but amorphous soulless multibillion studio. And AI is even more soulless than a Hollywood studio.
