You need three things:

1) a virtual machine

2) a copy of windows XP

3) a copy of Dragon

Install the virtual machine (I would use virtualbox: https://www.virtualbox.org/)

Then install Windows XP on top of virtualbox.

Finally, install Dragon on top of windows XP, which is running on virtualbox.
